BAKERY SEMINAR
FOODLine Co. is lecturing a -one day- seminar in the EPAS School of Bakery and Confectionery.
The audience consists of young bakery students who are introduced the secrets of successful baking. The seminar is concentrated in leavened products and further traditional techniques of fine baking.
