FOODLine Co. is honoured and pleased to develop from scratch a brand new series of frozen dough products on behalf of Creta Farms, a major company in vericalized meat processing with multinational activity. Products such as cheese pies, spinach pies, shortcrust pastry pies, filled brioche, danish pastries, pain-au-chocolat, pita breads, etc… were officially launched and presented during FOODEXPO 2018 in Athens, benchmarking the presence of extra-virgin olive oil both in dough and fillings in each product.
